The A, B, C’s of Personal Finance is an introductory financial literacy course designed to help youth and young adults develop the knowledge, skills, and confidence needed to make smart financial decisions. Whether you are preparing for your first job, managing your own money for the first time, or planning for future goals, this course provides practical guidance that can be applied immediately in everyday life.

Participants will learn the fundamentals of personal finance, including budgeting, saving, banking, responsible spending, and financial goal setting. Through real-world examples, interactive activities, and easy-to-understand lessons, learners will gain a better understanding of how money works and how healthy financial habits can create opportunities for long-term success.

The course emphasizes financial responsibility, critical thinking, and informed decision-making. Students will learn how to create and manage a personal budget, build savings habits, use banking services effectively, distinguish between needs and wants, avoid common financial mistakes, and establish realistic financial goals.
